Not a Broker · Not an Adviser · We Never Hold Your Funds
Vanquish AI is a software and infrastructure provider. We help you build and run your own trading automation on your own brokerage account. We are not your broker and not your adviser, and we never take custody of your money or assets.
1. We provide software, not a service of trading
Vanquish AI supplies tools — a bot builder, backtesting, paper trading, monitoring, risk controls, alerts and hosting. Everything those tools do on a live account is driven by the logic and parameters you set and the deployment you approve.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on the platform or this website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice or a recommendation. Vanquish AI does not provide investment advice, personal recommendations, signals, stock picks, model portfolios, copy-trading or managed/discretionary trading. We do not tell you what to buy or sell, do not rank securities, and do not assess the suitability or appropriateness of any strategy or instrument for you.
3. Not a broker-dealer or investment firm
Vanquish AI is not a broker-dealer, investment firm or exchange and does not receive, transmit or execute orders as principal or agent on your behalf. Order routing and execution happen through your chosen, regulated broker under your authorisation. Your broker — not Vanquish AI — is responsible for execution, custody, settlement, margin and regulatory obligations connected to your account.
4. We never hold your funds
Your cash and assets stay in your own brokerage account at all times. Vanquish AI never takes possession, custody or control of your funds or securities, never has withdrawal rights to your money, and cannot move funds out of your broker account. We hold only the encrypted API authorisation needed to operate your bots, which you can revoke at any time.
5. Your relationship with your broker
Your brokerage relationship (e.g. with Alpaca) is governed by your agreement with that broker. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for your broker's acts, omissions, fees, downtime, or decisions. You are responsible for meeting your broker's requirements.
6. You are in control
You decide what to build, whether to run in paper or live, when to deploy, and when to stop. You can pause or kill any bot and disconnect your broker at any time. See the Risk Disclosure and Automated Trading Consent.
